Hi, I’m Aditya Tapadia
FMBA finance post graduate, Aditya started Jumpstart International Preschool & Learning Centre in 2009. It has been a wonderful and diverse journey so far with 8 centres spread across prominent locations in Pune.
As a child who was always labeled in school, Aditya realized the need to start a school which can preserve the uniqueness of every child and make sure every child is treated with respect, love, care and affection. Jumpstart has been born out of his passion and vision to create a better future for our children where every child is respected and admired for their uniqueness.
After graduating in instrumentation engineering, his learning has been completely hands on since last 10 years. He has been the territory head for Early Childhood Association for past 3 years which is a national association that works for the early years. ECA is an initiative that not only works towards safeguarding children & their rights but also strives towards the growth and development of educators across the country. It is engaged in the best international research on child development and learning along with bringing together all stakeholders so that early years can be enriched. He has now been elevated to the role of a National Core Committee member.
He also looks after his family business of commercial art paper.
Being a father himself, Aditya understands the need to have a conducive learning environment for children full of hands on experiences. He comes from a family who has always supported education & also leads a trust named “Bhagirath Tapadia Trust” that primarily works for the under privileged children. He feels empowered to work with early years as these years shape the future of tomorrow!
